What to send with the letter

The documents a reviewer expects.

POPLA has said the evidence goes in with the appeal. A later file is not assumed. Photograph what you still can.

1. The notice, every page, including the back.
2. A photograph of the signs at the entrance and at the bay, if you can still take them.
3. A payment receipt, bank entry, or machine fault record, if payment is the point.
4. The hire agreement, if the vehicle was hired. The crime reference, if it was stolen.
5. The rejection letter and the verification code, if this is the POPLA or IAS stage.

A medical document is not read unless you give separate consent. Removing one file does not remove the others.
